This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Policy”) is intended to regulate the processing of personal data carried out by LA LIGA NACIONAL DE FÚTBOL PROFESIONAL (hereinafter, “LaLiga”) through the LaLiga TV app (hereinafter, “LaLigaSportsTV” or the “APP”). LaLigaSportsTV is part of an ecosystem created by LaLiga, made up of different apps and websites in which each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of the preferences made by the user on one of the apps or websites will affect the rest of the LaLiga ecosystem.
Who is the data controller for your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed by LaLiga, with tax identification no. (NIF): G-78069762 and registered offices at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043, Madrid, a private sports association, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 12 and 41 of the Sports Act 10/1990 of 15th October, which is exclusively and compulsorily made up of all the public limited sports companies and clubs that participate in official professional football competitions at the state level. LaLiga is registered under number 1 in the Professional Leagues section of the National Sports Council’s Sports Associations Register.

The additional purposes for which LaLiga will process your personal data are provided below if you give us your consent:
In this regard, we hereby inform you that we use Android and iOS advertising identifiers to analyse ads and users and provide personalised advertising. This may be associated with personally identifiable information or other identifiers such as persistent device identifiers (for example, SSAID, MAC address or IMEI), or any new advertising identifiers. Similarly, using your profile we will personalise our advertising campaigns, create anonymous browsing profiles, show you ads that are in line with your preferences and measure the performance of advertising campaigns.
The legal basis for processing your data for the aforementioned purposes is the consent you have given us for such processing for the selected purposes. Your personal data will be held for these purposes until you revoke your consent.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time following the procedure described in the “What are the user’s rights when providing us their personal data?” section, this does not affect the legality of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
How long will we keep your personal data for?
LaLiga will keep your personal data while you have the app downloaded on your device, until you revoke your consent and/or exercise your rights of erasure, objection or limitation to processing. We will keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes provided in this Privacy Policy, to meet your needs and to comply with our legal obligations.
Likewise, we hereby inform you that once the purposes for which your data was obtained have ceased to apply or once the aforementioned rights have been exercised, LaLiga will keep your personal data, duly blocked, for a period of five (5) years for the sole purpose of addressing any kinds of responsibilities that could arise. Said personal data will be deleted when such period of time expires.
To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties. However, LaLiga may disclose personal data and any other user information when required to do so by public authorities exercising responsibilities that have been lawfully granted to them and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Similarly, some entities subcontracted by LaLiga could access the personal data and information, such as Data Processors or Sub-processors, in order to provide LaLiga with a required service.
LaLiga receives assistance from service providers. On occasions when it is necessary in order to provide the service, your information will be shared with our third-party service providers. These service providers sign a contract that requires them to use your personal information solely for the provision of services and in accordance with this policy.
What are your rights when you provide us your personal data?
We hereby inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability and limitation to processing with LaLiga at any time.
What do your rights as a user consist of?
Right of access: you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether LaLiga processes your personal data, as well as to access such data.
Right of rectification: you can request inaccurate personal data to be modified or rectified.
Right of erasure: you can request your personal data to be deleted.
Right of limitation to processing: In certain circumstances, you can request the processing of your data to be limited, in which case, it will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.
Right of objection: you can object to the processing of your data for the purpose you specify. LaLiga will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or for the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Right of portability: if the APP allows for it, you can exercise the right of portability of your data, in a structured, commonly used and machine readable manner, and to transfer the data to another data controller.
How do I exercise my rights?
By sending an email to: lopd@laliga.es. Exercising your rights is completely free of charge.
If you gave your consent for certain purposes when entering the app and, where relevant, registering, you may revoke it at any time by following the procedure set out in any of the commercial communications you receive, through the Subscription Centre found on the APP’s menu, or by sending an email to: lopd@laliga.es.
Revoking the consent provided will not affect your use of the app or the legality of the processing based on said consent prior to its withdrawal.
Likewise, if you believe that you failed to obtain satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, please don’t hesitate to contact LaLiga’s Data Protection Officer at dpo@laliga.es or file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its website www.agpd.es.
Are there any kinds of restrictions?
LaLiga hereby informs you that you need to be at least 14 years old to use and, where appropriate, register on the app, and 18 years old to access the paid services offered through the app.
